Without a doubt, poorly-handled conflict can cause pain and loss - of time, money, energy and hope. But handled well it can actually IMPROVE relationships and lead to unexpected, creative solutions to problems.

Engi is delighted to offer this introductory course on managing conflict positively, which previous participants are finding invaluable in a wide range of situations.
